We have been in business for more than 30 years and have offices/operations in Ames, Fort Dodge and Gilmore City, Iowa.
Position Summary & Purpose Perform all basic production requirements as directed by plant manager or shift lead for carrying out a safe and efficient operation.
The numerous duties involved include, at a minimum, the following:
Operating machinery, inspection and maintenance on all machinery, preparing product for loading and delivering; cleaning and performing basic maintenance on all equipment and tools.
Responsibilities and Tasks Safely complete all production tasks Operate machinery including loaders and forklifts Inspect and maintain machinery such as screens, mills and load outs Maintain a clean and organized workplace Fulfilling all delivery orders in a safe and timely manner Offering customer service whenever required Requirements:
Education and Experience Day Shift Hours are from 5am - 5pm; Night Shift 5pm-5am Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift Good mechanical aptitude Capacity to operate light and heavy machinery 2 years working in production environment (preferred) Pre-employment physical Drug and alcohol testing Background check.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
